Ordering & Delivery
Our luxury food and drink gift boxes and hampers make a perfect gift for any special occasion and are available throughout the year in either contemporary lided boxes, open wicker baskets or lidded wicker hampers.
Ordering
When ordering via email, please try to give us correct and detailed delivery details (full name of recipient, full address and postcode) to ensure a problem free service. A delivery phone number is especially useful.
Contents of hamper or gift box may vary according to availability of products. Exchanges of an equal or greater value will be made.
Delivery
Orders can be collected from our shop at 106 Castle Street, Hinckley (please see Home page for current opening days/times).
FREE DELIVERY (on orders over £35)
Hinckley, Burbage and other villages within a 5 mile radius of the shop.
LE, CV Postcodes : £5.95
We offer a next day courier delivery service to LE and CV post codes.
Mainland UK : £8.95
Our standard charge for 48 hour courier delivery is £7.95 per package, up to 15kg. While this service is guaranteed in 48 hours, it operates overnight and will generally arrive 'next day'.
Courier deliveries are made on Monday through to Friday to most parts of mainland UK. Orders must be placed before 12 noon on the previous working day (our couriers do not recognise Saturday/Sunday as 'working days'). Some remote post codes will require an additional surcharge, we will contact you should this be the case.
Weekend deliveries will incur an additional charge.
